Accessibility and Disability
My professional life is focused on making digital services work for disabled users. This means understanding the culture and nuance around disability, as well as the technical side of how some people interact with technology.
I've been a part of, and around, the disabled community and the disability rights space since I was a teenager, so my work often focuses on challenging underlying barriers, rather than solving problems technology-first.
Here, I share things I've written and made, both about technical accessibility topics I've encountered professionally, but also about interesting things about disability and the surrounding culture culture.
